Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Zero based Costing of the Proprietary parts like – Metallic Pipes, Hoses (Extruded & Moulded), All type of Gaskets, Polymers (Plastic, Rubber, Foam, Non metallics parts), Decals, Sticker, Mechanical Prop parts – Like tie rods, Bonnet lock, switches.
• RM Indexing & Fluctuation monitoring
• Tooling Cost Estimation & evaluation (of all above mentioned parts)
• Negotiation & Price settlement with the suppliers.
• Process & Part Actualizations.
• Right Supplier selection & evaluation.
• Ensure key Milestones of the Projects to meet stipulated Timelines.
