Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.Deliver classroom & hands-on practical training sessions on tractor aggregates & farm machinery 2. Demonstrate usage of workshop  tools & equipment 3. Develop training content for new products 4. Create question bank for pre & post training tests 5. Design & develop training handouts & wall charts 6. Prepare quarterly training calender 7. Cordinate with all stake holders for nomination of participants for training program 8.Organize training programs at field location and drive "Training on Wheels"

BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Agriculture / Automobile)

• Computer skills: MS Office
• Language proficiecy: Hindi & English (proficiency in any other regional language will be an added advantage)
