Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Oversee all Provident Fund (PF) related activities
2. Ensuring PF related Statutory Compliances
3. Support to employees for PF related matters
4. Liasoning with PF department
5. Passing of Employees Travel and Expense claims
6. Passing of Contractors Bills and general expense bills
7. Ensuring correct deduction of TDS & availment of GST credit
8. Ensuring adherence of DoA applicable to Plant expenses
9. Resolving GST credit mismatches for expense vendors
10. Monitoring of advance payments / debit balances of Employees and Expense Vendors
11. Compilation of information for Auditors
12. Updating related SOPs

4. SAP knowledge (Employees claim / Vendor Bill Passing Processes)
