Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
| Establish Monthly QA MIS |
| Plan reviews, Monthly Action register followups |
| Monthly QA KPI monitoring, dashboard prepration, trend analysis |
| Establish Digitalisation for QA dept. and support in implementation and execution |
| Monthly data analytics of QA departments and monitor trends (Increasing or decreasing anonamlies) |
| Organise and support QA VP Calander for meetings and appointments (Internal / External) |
| Monitor People Development plan for QA - Training Needs Vs Exceution, People development, Hiring MIS |
| Support in QA Capex, Revex, Budget planning and control |
