POSITION	Head Minituber facility
REPORTS TO	GM Seed potato
PLACE OF POSTING	Mohali
RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY DELIVERABLES	To deliver budgeted numbers of minitubers with cost and quality adherance.
	Establish benchmark and update the working methods for minituber production.
	Establish and drive quality assurance system in minituber production.
	Provide after sales service to minituber customers.
	Develop a team for sustainable operations for minituber production.
	Managing tissue culture lab with all quality standards after a year's guidance.
	Keeping facility NCSTCP approved all time
	Production of Export quality minitubers with export protocol.
	Identiifcation of training for team and ensuring results implementation.
	Establish connections with national and international scientific community.
	Establishing All Mahindra HZPC policies in facility.
	Develop a strategical roadmap for facility to leap the next curve.
	Co-Ordination with other department in company.
	Manging all compliances (legale/financial) in facility.
	Develop R&D protocol for the increased productivity.
	Ability to handle multilocation production facilities.
EXPERIENCE	10- 15years experience
INDUSTRY PREFERRED	Seed potato; Tissue culture; Hydroponic, protected cultivation
QUALIFICATION	Ph. D in Plant science
