Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

- Lead & Mentor a team of engine designers to ensure 3D & 2D releases meeting project QCD requirements

- Development of Concept & Detailed designs, Conduting detailed Reviews (3D, 2D, DMEA, DFX etc) before releases.

- Develope & Manage project design release timelines, resource allocation and deliverables.

- Assuring FTR release of Design Change content including Add-Del, Engineering releases at every project stage

- Failure Analysis, Design resolutions & closures for field reported concerns

- Preparation of SOR, Tech-Synthesis, performance/ suitability evaluation for proprietary parts.

- Ensuring timely design support & closures on inputs shared by Production plants, customer care, field testing & SPD etc

- Support to Customer Care on change content, workshop manual, operator manual & spec releases

- Leading project activities with consultants (RFQ generation, project management, technical query handling, ensuring deliverables with manufacturability & serviceability considerations).

- Foster innovation while maintaining discipline in process-driven workflows.
