- 100% compliance with statutory and regulatory security requirements.
- Security audit score improvement across sites.
- Risk Preparedness
- Frequency and effectiveness of mock drills conducted.
- Readiness level of crisis management plans (evaluated quarterly).
- Operational Efficiency
- Optimal utilization of security manpower and resources.
- Cost control on security expenditure without compromising quality.
- Training & Development
- % of staff covered under security awareness/training programs annually.
- Improvement in security preparedness of employees post-training.
- Technology Adoption
- Upgradation/implementation of CCTV, access control, fire & safety systems across all facilities.
- Reduction in manual dependency through automation of security processes.
Experience
Desired Profile
- Retired Commissioned Officer from the Indian Armed Forces (Lt. Colonel / Major or equivalent).
- 2–3 years of corporate/industrial security management experience preferred.
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
BA/B.COM/Any Graduate Degree
