Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

To take Decisions regarding Distribution of Share of Business and Choice of mode of Transport for optimization and making the System Cost Effective. To Track and monitor the supplier Quality closely by Trend Analysis of Quality related Complaints and Arrange for and Implementation of necessary Vendor Education and Vendor Process Improvement Programs. Planning and Monitoring the Implementation of DoL, 3PL, JIT, Green Supply Chain, Sustainability, Lot Size stand ardization etc for continuous streamlining and Supply Chain Improvement. Encourage and Motivate the team to Ensure Commitment and Arrange for necessary Skill and Employee Development Training, both technical and behavioral. Ensuring the implementation of and Adherence to Various ISO OHSAS and Safety Stand ards
