Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

'-Efficient management of production of all departments and as per the user plant requirements.

-Production Planning and sequencing of daily production plan, for optimum output and daily schedule adherence.

-Strong focus on "Daily work Management"

Taking care of day to day activities related to stores function.

• Managing the entire store function

• Coordinate & provide supporting hand to customers such as production & quality department.

• Planning of Process, ensuring no defect and on time delivery.

• Planning and organizing material through proper inventory management and maintaining required inventory levels.

• Handling critical suppliers & Follow-up as per schedule & monitoring all development stages of product.

• Working closely with manufacturing so as to ensure strict schedule adherence – model mix/volume.

-Drive and implement management systems and initiatives such as TPM, 5s, KAIZEN.

-Good industrial relations to ensure harmonious work environment and maintain good ER and develop the skill of the associates.

- Driving several improvement projects such as OIT, CIT, Kaizens etc and contributing to revenue savings.

-Maintain shop floor discipline and ensure adherence to safe working practices

-Ensure safety procedures are followed at all levels and good housekeeping levels are maintained

-Regular interaction with SQA, PPC, Maintenance and Quality to deliver the targets.

-Ensuring system adherance under TS16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.

-Knowledge & Experience of SAP.

-System knowledge of TS16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001

-Knowledge of Pokayoke, SPC and MSA techniques

-Knowledge & hands on experience on 5s & TPM methodology
