Sales & CX:
Driving Volume & Market Share -
Demand Generation & Overseeing market wise dealer performance to drive volume & market share
CX - Ensuring CX at every customer touch point - Pre-sales and Sales
Showroom and Digital Customer journey
Billing -
Order availability to ensure timely billing
Ensuring timely billing of desired vehicle
Retail -
ETBR handling
Activation plan - Enquiry generation, market coverage
Hyperlocal digital Dealer initiatives - Driving end to end special initiatives at the ground level, alongside any special schemes/incentives
Market activations
Ensuring Infrastructure Readiness
Ensure proper coordination across Charging teams
Experience
3-5 years, atleast 2 years in auto sales
Industry Preferred
| Auto, EV (PV/2w/3w), auto components, allied industries |
Qualifications
| B.E. / B.Tech, MBA preferred |
General Requirements
| Delivering Sales (volume and market share) and customer experience for respective area |
