Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
End-to-End Support to Business Head with prime focus on complete ownership of channel management .
End to end responsibility of all channel management related activities
Centrally drive the process of channel appointment in line with the strategic priorities of the organization
Develop channel guidelines, credit limit and new channel appointment process
Design & lead the core dealer lifecycle engagement program for top dealers across India
Organize/Conduct periodic trainings (sales, service etc.) for dealer's team
Preparation on commercial scheme and periodic commucation to key dealers
Manage annual calendar for dealer events & meets
Annual audit of channel health & revision of credit limits as required
Work along with Regional Heads/Sales team to assess channel gaps, improve networks & execute initiatives
Manage central communication for dealers
Develop complete CRM
Achievement of annual business plan
Continuous monitoring of business processes and systems for reviews
Arrange Monthly SOP review meeting with all relevant stakeholders
Work extensively on MIS, streamline & standardize reports required for taking management decisions
Benchmark business processes of other relevant Solar EPC companies and undertake improvement in current processes
Keep abreast with legal and statutory amendments in the solar EPC industry and highlight to Business Head for approriate and timely action
Experience
3 to 5 years
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
Preferred - Diploma/BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech from Electrical/Mechanical
Any Graduation
