Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Collaboration & Communication: Serve as the liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring a mutual understanding of requirements and project feasibility. • Requirements Engineering: Document and manage requirements throughout the product development lifecycle, aligning closely with stakeholders to capture business needs. • Domain Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for the Engineering PLM (Teamcenter / 3D Exp) /ALM (Polarion/ Visure/ Door / Codebeamer) /SDV (Software defined vehicle) /ECAD (OR CAD / Capital H) domains, providing insights and guidance on best practices. • Innovation in IT Practices: Champion the adoption of cutting-edge IT practices in software development, including DEVOPS and SECOPS. • Project Management: Oversee request prioritization and resolution, ensuring all business needs are addressed promptly. • Strategic Contribution: Play a key role in defining and analyzing new product development requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful implementation. • Quality Assurance: Review and endorse functional and technical documentation, as well as test plans, to guarantee high-quality development work.

General Requirements

• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree (BTech/BE) in Mechanical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering. • Professional Experience: 0-5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with OEM business process development background. • Agile Expertise: Experience in Agile software development/management. • PLM Proficiency: Strong knowledge of PLM processes, especially in the automotive sector, with a preference for experience with Teamcenter, Codebeamer, Polarion, Capital H, ECADPLM integration, product configurators etc. • Product Development Acumen: Functional understanding of new product development, BOM management, and project management. • Process Implementation: Proven track record of working with businesses to define processes and implement PLM solutions. • Delivery Management: Demonstrated ability to manage development projects and act as the primary point of contact between business and IT teams. • Analytical Skills: Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with effective team collaboration. • Technical Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Siemens Teamcenter/ALM/ECAD/Application integration. • Business Intelligence: Exposure to Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Altair Pano BI is advantageous. • Innovative Platforms: Familiarity with Low code/No code platforms is a plus.
