Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Procurement of FOS items ( Factory operated supplies ) by following proper guidelines set by Service contract cell and responsible for Procurement to Pay cycle
2. Effective Implementation of Rate contracts as per commercials settled by SCC
3. Ensuring process adherence in purchasing.
4. IT Utilization of Latest Trends in Procurement Practices . Knowledge of SAP , SAP Ariba
5. Coordinate with Service Contract Cell , Engineering, Maintenance, Stores, Inspection, Accounts & Suppliers.
6. Effective Implementation of Synergy Initiatives jointly along with SCC cell
7. Involvement in Digital Initiatives
8. Spend Analysis
9. Inventory Management – Generation of Min-Max levels and Monitoring of FOS Stock items
