Responsibilities & Key Deliverables


1. Attain domestic volume ensuring volume in key state of UP, MP, MAH, KAR, TL. Driving Focus for All India (10%) & 5 states (2% per state)
2. 100% Content creation as per calendar ( 10% ) 
3. Implementation of Action plan to improve Brand Imagery (UP, MP, MAH,KAR, TL). 100% Content creation as per calendar ( 10% ). Implementation of Action plan to improve Brand Imagery (UP, MP, MAH,KAR, TL)
4. Quarterly Campaigns for Enquiry Generation - Plan & Execute Quarterly Campaigns. Leveraging ATL, CRM & Digital platforms for NPCC generation
5. Volume of new products (Jivo 225 NT, Jivo 305, TREM IV) - Volume from new products ( 10 % ) 
6. Go To Market Readiness for New Products (Communication Deck) - Develop Quality Sales Tool , POSM  & Ensure  Timely availability to drive volumes ( 10% )"
7. Drive right Product Market Strategy to attain volume, Market share (MS). All India (10%). Focus states UP, MP,MAH,KAR, TL (2% per state)

MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
