Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Supplier Scouting & Industry Mapping:
Identify potential suppliers, map industry trends, and scout emerging technologies.

Supplier Selection & Negotiation:
Evaluate and select suppliers for castings, leveraging knowledge of casting and machining processes. Lead price negotiations to ensure competitive pricing aligned with company budgets.

Costing & Financial Analysis:
Prepare cost estimates for casting components and analyze suppliers' financial health to mitigate risks. Implement cost reduction strategies without compromising quality or timelines.

Negotiation & Supplier Management:
Exhibit strong negotiation skills, build lasting supplier relationships, and ensure price containment strategies align with cost objectives.

Risk & Compliance:
Develop supplier risk management plans, adhere to ethical practices, and ensure process compliance.

Benchmarking & Collaboration:
Conduct technology and price benchmarking to maintain competitiveness. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success
