Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Sourcing and Commercial Settlement for indirect procurement under Advertising, Sales and Marketing Responsible for procurement of diverse categories like Marketing, Media, Digital, Creative, Sales, Customer Experience, Market Research and Brand Identity.Prod-Post prod TV and Mag media / Research) Sourcing & contracting with different agencies for Digital Marketing activities e.g. SEO, SEM, Web Analytics, Social media management, hyperlocal actvities RFX activities, Supplier selection, Supplier Due diligence, Negotiation, Tactical buying, Contract management (includes creation), Catalogue Management Ensuring a quick turnaround time to meet the organisation requirements for a PR to PO process Conduct Negotiations and Achieve Target Price as jointly decided by senior management Managing contracting & procurement of agencies (Creative, Media, Digital, Sales, Customer Experience) Leading RFIs / RFPs / Contract Renewals from sourcing to executing the contract. Liaise with legal department wherever necessary Driving YOY net-zero inflation along with additional revenue savings and Payment Terms Improvement. Managing large group of stakeholders (100+) and ensuring customer satisfaction Hands on experience in SAP Ariba, SAP, Advance Excel, MIS & Analysis |

Post Graduate with any background with good negotiation skills
