Zero Base Costing, Should Costing, MHR Calculation, Commercial Negotiation, VAVE, Cost saving & Benchmarking.

•    Raw material Indexing & Tracking.

Commodity Price working like copper etc.

•    Vendor Development, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement of Steel raw material.

Demarcated ability to perform should costing for parts/products for Steel raw material.

Evinced in-depth knowledge of best industry techniques and practices to establish fact-based

pricing positions, best value determinations and economic sourcing strategies

•    Costing of components as per the company’s norms, Zero Base Costing, MHR calculation, commercial negotiation with suppliers along with SQ team.

B Tech in Mechanical, MBA 

General Experience

3 - 6 years experience

Critical Experience

Should have product knowledge Steel raw material.

Should have knowledge on Supplier evaluation based on Technology, Financial, Supply chain etc.

Must have experience in direct buying – Steel raw material, commercial settlement, Material management, Supply chain risk management, Steel, Relationship Management – internal stake holder & suppliers
