Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Strategic Sourcing involving part price settlement of electrical components such as Wiring harness, horns, FLS, relays, fuse box, battery cables etc.
Evaluation & negotiations of value engineering / cost reduction proposals
Capex / investment settlement (FTG, Injection & stamped tools)
Material cost control & price amendments through effective management of ECN/RoCM
Commodity study for strategy formulation
Effective closure of open audit action points by co-ordination
Zero based costing
Legal agreement (Development & Supply Agreement) negotiation
Data Analytics by leveraging technology to identify cost reduction opportunities
