COE Manager - Inclusion & Diversity

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

DEI Strategy & Inclusion Programs

• Design and implement enterprise-wide inclusion and culture initiatives that foster belonging, equity, and respect in the workplace.

• Drive key inclusion programs and awareness campaigns across the organization, via: o Key Moment Celebrations: International Women's Day (IWD), International Men's Day, Pride Month, International Day of Persons with Disability, World Inclusion Day o Voice of People: People & Leadership Stories o Inclusion Nudges: creating Inclusion awareness across entire organization Business Partnership & Implementation

• Work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to implement DEI interventions across functions, locations, and employee groups. • Provide guidance and support to teams on creating inclusive workplace practices and experiences. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) • Manage and Lead the Employee Resource Groups central charter.

• Partner with ERG leads & members to execute programs & initiatives to build Inclusive culture aligned to organizational priorities. DEI Analytics & Governance • Manage DEI dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks.

• Track progress against diversity and inclusion goals, identify trends, and recommend actions to address gaps and opportunities.

• Provide regular updates and insights to leadership teams to support informed decision-making. Culture, Awareness & Advocacy • Serve as a key point of contact for diversity, equity, and inclusion-related topics.

• Champion inclusive behaviours, policies, and practicDEI Strategy & Inclusion Programs

Experience

3-5 years of experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR COE, or related HR roles.

Industry Preferred

Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial sectors will be an advantage

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.

General Requirements

• Expertise in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and organizational culture initiatives.

• Experience in program design, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience managing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and inclusion networks.

• Proficiency in data analytics, dashboard management, and reporting.

• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Strong consulting and influencing capability with senior stakeholders.

• Ability to translate inclusion strategies into actionable business initiatives.
