Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management

  • Support the implementation of talent review processes, including HiPo identification, development planning, and career pathing.
  • Coordinate EDGE and other leadership development programs, including learning interventions, psychometric tools, 360 assessments, coaching, and learning journeys.
  • Partner with business HR and line leaders to track development progress and ensure follow-through on talent actions.
  • Program management of Job Evaluation process

Organization Development

  • Assist in designing and deploying OD interventions aligned with strategic business priorities
  • Contribute to diagnostics and analysis (e.g., engagement surveys, pulse checks, feedback tools) to inform OD strategy.

Program Management & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end execution of TM/OD programs including vendor coordination, communication, logistics, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of initiatives with strong stakeholder engagement.

Data & Insights

  • Maintain dashboards and reports for talent metrics, program effectiveness, and leadership pipeline health.
  • Analyze feedback and survey data to generate actionable insights for individuals and teams.

Experience

  • Exposure to Psychometric tools, HiPo programs, or cultural transformation initiatives preferred

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in HRM
  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Management, OD, or Leadership Development
