2. Budgeting & Financial Planning for Subsequent Years / Quarters through Reviews with Senior management
3. Long term business plans for various Business Units for Operations War-room, Strategy War-room, Budget War-room
4. Drive value creation in various Business Units – Profitability improvement, Working Capital improvement, etc
5. Handle Special Projects in Sector CFO Office (M&A, Divestments, Restructuring, etc.)
6. Lead & drive Internal processes mandated by Board Committee for Strategic Investments for fund raising & M&A activities, by liaising with various Group Corporate Office teams.
7. Valuations – Impairment Testing, Fund Infusions, etc
8. Liaison with Group Corporate Office for various RBI/FEMA compliances
9. Financial Benchmarking
10. Governance & Internal Controls – Assessment of Internal Controls & Processes and taking actions for improvement.

Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance
