Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Business Alignment: Analyze organizational needs and propose tailored ER interventions and solutions that support business objectives.
  • Issue Resolution: Actively address ER concerns within business units, fostering collaboration, trust, and mutual respect.
  • Capability Development: Design and implement structured plans for skill enhancement and multiskilling of employees based on operational requirements.
  • Talent Growth: Provide developmental opportunities to team members, strengthening expertise and supporting professional advancement.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in hiring flexi manpower, campus recruits (ITI and diploma), aligned with evolving business requirements.
  • Data & Analytics: Ensure timely provision of analytics and insights to inform ER strategies and decision-making.
  • Legal Representation: Represent management in statutory and legal matters, coordinating with Group Legal on Auto Sector-related issues.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop long-term ER strategies aligned with the organization’s overall vision and goals.
  • Benchmarking: Evaluate ER processes, amenities, and welfare practices against industry standards in the automotive sector.
  • Automation & Digitization: Identify and implement opportunities for automation and digitization to accelerate service delivery within the ER function.
  • Business Projects: Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business-specific ER projects and initiatives.

Education Qualification

Master of Labour Studies;

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Industrial Relation

General Experience

12 to 16 of experience in Employee Relations / Human Resources, along with :

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex ER issues and legal matters.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on employee development and organizational growth
