Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Business Alignment: Analyze organizational needs and propose tailored ER interventions and solutions that support business objectives.
- Issue Resolution: Actively address ER concerns within business units, fostering collaboration, trust, and mutual respect.
- Capability Development: Design and implement structured plans for skill enhancement and multiskilling of employees based on operational requirements.
- Talent Growth: Provide developmental opportunities to team members, strengthening expertise and supporting professional advancement.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in hiring flexi manpower, campus recruits (ITI and diploma), aligned with evolving business requirements.
- Data & Analytics: Ensure timely provision of analytics and insights to inform ER strategies and decision-making.
- Legal Representation: Represent management in statutory and legal matters, coordinating with Group Legal on Auto Sector-related issues.
- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term ER strategies aligned with the organization’s overall vision and goals.
- Benchmarking: Evaluate ER processes, amenities, and welfare practices against industry standards in the automotive sector.
- Automation & Digitization: Identify and implement opportunities for automation and digitization to accelerate service delivery within the ER function.
- Business Projects: Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business-specific ER projects and initiatives.

Education Qualification
Master of Labour Studies;
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Industrial Relation
General Experience
12 to 16 of experience in Employee Relations / Human Resources, along with :
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex ER issues and legal matters.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on employee development and organizational growth
