            Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Ethics, Compliance & Investigations
- Manage and resolve complaints and allegations related to ethical misconduct and conflicts of interest.
 - Strengthen the ethics and governance framework through continuous improvements and confidential handling protocols.
 - Support periodic self-assessments across business units to identify and address compliance and policy gaps.
 - Ensure timely completion of compliance training modules and maintain annual adherence through structured follow-ups.
 
Legal & Risk Governance
- Collaborate with Legal and Procurement teams to identify and address legal risks and process deviations, including contract reviews and vendor-related anomalies.
 - Partner with the Risk Assessment team to evaluate business risks linked to organizational policies and recommend mitigation strategies.
 - Engage external investigative partners when necessary to support resolution of complex cases.
 
Reporting, Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Prepare and present quarterly reports for the Audit Committee and Corporate Governance Committee (CGC).
 - Communicate key updates and unresolved issues to the Business Ethics & Governance Committee (BEGC) and senior leadership for decision-making.
 - Oversee the “Speak-Up” Helpline, including platform transition, case management, backend administration, trend analysis, and MIS reporting.
 - Lead initiatives to reduce whistleblower complaints and promote a culture of transparency.
 
Strategic Planning & Industry Alignment
- Monitor emerging industry trends and regulatory developments to design proactive interventions that enhance organizational readiness and resilience.
 - Conduct in-depth trend analysis to proactively identify emerging risk areas, enabling timely action and informed strategic decision-making.
 
Experience
12-15 years of experience with a large organization known for its good Ethics & Corporate governance practices
Industry Preferred
Large conglomerates / MNCs
Qualifications
MBA / CA / CFA or any other relevant post graduation degree
