Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

) Manpower Calculation & scenarios for various levels of Production across various Areas in the Plant with the help of MOST.
2) Planning & Implementing Capacity Improvement, work content Reduction & Productivity Improvement Projects across Plant areas.
3) Controlling Plant Manpower as per Production Requirements.
4) Focussing on optimizing on Indirect Manpower (including Contractual Manpower) in Plant.
5) Improving Manpower, Equipment & Resources Utilisation to more than 95%.
6) Co-Ordinating Lean Management System & monitoring Lean Index & its parameters across Plant.
7) Preparing Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for various areas & planning & Implementation of various Improvements identified from VSM.
8) Monitoring & Improving of various Productivity Parameters.
9) Planning & Implementation of Projects for Ergonomics Improvements across Plant activities.
10) Planning for Capex & Revenue Budgets for various Industrial Engineering Projects of Plant.
11) Experince of New Products Productionisation
