Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Deal Matters and Decision Support
• Collaborate closely with the CFO’s AFS to assist in timely decision-making on deal matters.
• Participate in discussions regarding deals with the CFOs, deal team, and counterparties.

Business Deal Front-End
• Work in close coordination with Business CEOs and CFOs to lead deals from the business side, including fundraises, acquisitions, investments, and divestments.

Execution of Global Business Alliances
• Partner with the P&A team to execute global M&A activities, fundraises, and other business alliances for AFS.
• Engage in financial and legal negotiations and perform due diligence for these transactions.

Efficient Deal Closing and Follow-On Activities
• Engage with various business and corporate teams to ensure efficient deal closing.
• Manage follow-on activities and investments post-deal closure.

Post-Merger Integration
• Lead post-merger integration efforts alongside the respective business head/owner.
• Track the achievement of synergies in comparison to the initial plan.

Investor Interaction Management
• Front end all investor interactions for AFS companies.
• Manage relationships with investors and serve as the primary point of contact for their requirements.

Start-Up Evaluation
• Collaborate with respective sector/BT teams to evaluate start-ups.
• Lead workstreams to establish the financial feasibility, valuation, and related analyses for potential start-up investments.
