Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Strategy Planning
    1. Develop Scenarios based on trends, insights, etc
    2. Formulate & execute strategy projects across business functions
    3. Conduct environmental scan, synthesis of primary & secondary insights
* Change Management Projects
   1. Colloborate with stakeholders, develop roadmap for execution
   2. Understand culture, and past exp in handling big change mgt projects
* New Technology / Disruption
   1. Working on evaluation of new technologies, 
   2. Creation & execution of digital transformation initiatives
   3.  Developing new business models for the VUCA world
* New Revenue Streams identification, Business case & Pilot

Qualifications

Bachelors (In Any) + MBA from premium B school

Experience

8 - 12  years of experience from consulting background / Agri background

Experience in executing strategy projects,  product development, sales/service projects or worked in PD, Sales/service functions

Industry Preferred

Consulting/FMCG/ Agri Tech or agri based

Skills

• Good knowledge of Business Processes

• Good understanding of new technologies and it's implementation

• Knowledge of  finance – Business Case development, key financial metrics
