Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Competitive Strategy Development: Strengthen intelligence capabilities and awareness of competitive strategies specific to the Farm Equipment Sector (FES).
Strategic Business Initiatives: Conceptualize and design division-wide strategic initiatives focused on innovation and growth in the FES domain.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders and business units (BUs) within the FES domain to drive strategic projects and pilot initiatives.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze business intelligence and market trends to support actionable recommendations for FES growth and innovation.
Growth Acceleration: Develop roadmaps tailored to FES stakeholders and BUs to accelerate growth in domestic and international markets.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial benchmarking and competitor analysis within the FES industry to derive actionable insights.
Leadership Communication: Create impactful content for internal and external senior management communication, ensuring alignment with FES-specific goals.

Experience

Strategy role experience with at least 12 - 15 years

Industry Preferred

Candidates should be working at one of the top-tier consulting firms, MBB 
(McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), or Bain & Company)

Qualifications

MBA (From Tier 1 campus) + Graduation (Any)
