Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Develop a comprehensive monthly headcount dashboard featuring key insights on workforce demographics, attrition trends, and diversity metrics to provide a clear, data-driven overview of the organization's workforce composition and movement
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and consolidate essential information/ data points for townhalls, ACM, leadership presentations etc.
- Track HR risks and compile data-driven insights to support leadership decision making & actions.
- Develop organizational announcements, strategic presentations, and structure documents to support the CX offices Collaborate with stakeholders to create a comprehensive overview of the CHRO's revenue budget, including a detailed year-over-year analysis of increases or decreases.
- Engage with stakeholders to conduct manpower planning discussions and prepare a comprehensive, consolidated report on total headcount across domains, including a detailed year-over-year analysis of workforce increases or decreases.
- Partner with the Sustainability team to collate & prepare M&M Annual Report- BRSR on time and with zero error.
- Be the SPOC for social & governance parameters. Assisting HR teams in data for employee engagement analysis, employee onboarding and need based requirements
