Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • To co-ordinate between vendor, Accounts & other related functions & manage the Royalty portfolio. The responsibility entails task like - budgeting, review of collections against budget & provide timely heads up, accounts reconciliation, agreement, commercial compliance.
  • Continuously explore & design innovative retention tool for PV & PU segment beside driving existing Annual Maintenance Contract portfolio, under guidance of Department Head. Implementation, review & stabilization.
  • Driving Business through Value Added Service Offering like Road Side Assistance – Partnering with vendor, Creating Customer Value Proposition, Pricing, Commercial Compliance, Promotional requirement, performance MIS, review & planning necessary intervention.
  • Tapping additional business potential through Tyre, Battery & similar tie up if any.
