Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Delivering business analytics and technical support to the Plant Head, which would include preparation and analysis of different MIS / Reports etc.Maintain a robust reporting mechanism and system for various business reports.
• Analyzing various reports from internal and external stakeholders to present a snapshot and provide strategic inputs to the Plant Head.
• Proactive data analysis and forecasting implications of key indices on plant performance and provide inputs to develop plans to counter the key challenges and risks.
• Work closely with department heads and prepare annual plans, short term and long-term business strategy documents etc.
• Spearheading various initiatives across the plant.Plan, prepare, track and monitor various Business policies/ X matrix/ Plant level Initiatives.Establish, build and maintain effective working relationship with HOD, internal and external stakeholders etc.
• Generation of Informatory Reports for decision making and coordinate senior management presentations.
• Prepare relevant Presentations /Executive Summaries for various reviews, meetings, awards etc.Participate in budgeting activities
