Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Experience of Tractor assembly & testing manufacturing process - should have worked in Tractor manufacturing and/or Farm Equipment and/or equivalent TCF line in Automobile.

Should be able to define Tractor assembly & testing processes, including special processes, with PQCDSM requirements inbuilt in the processes and testing schemes.

Must have experience in Final assembly & testing lines of Tractor/Automobiles/Farm Machinery.

Knowledge & hands on experience of layout preparation in Auto CAD/Factory CAD with various options to optimise facility planning & PQCDSM Parameters for each line stations and sub assembly stations.

Material movement finalisation along with trolleys design & approvals.

Installation and Commissioning of assembly line equipment such Sub assembly station, Pressing machines, Main line conveyors, Assembly tooling, Testing, Tightening, Sealant dispensing, Riveting, Filtration, Low-cost automations, POKAYOKES, Material handling etc.

Knowledge of quality & product requirements such as tightening, floats, sealant application, fluid dispensing etc.

Experience in design processes for alignment, Bearing & Oil Seal pressing, Various testing equipment along with conceptualisation for any Product &/or Process special requirements.

Knowledge of CRDi technology, Electronics controls, CVT, AMT etc. is preferred

Should be able to prepare project budget, EFTG’s RFQs, Techno Commercial comparison of suppliers, Requisition documents preparation, Planning and coordinating of trials at supplier end and commissioning in house.

Hands on experience on making of Process sheets, PFA, SOP, PFMEA, and digitisation of assembly process along with various assembly tools like DC nut runners, preload measurement, Oil seal and bearing pressing etc.

Experience

4 - 6 years for BE & 6 - 8 years for Diploma

Industry Preferred

Tractor / Farm Mechanisation.

BE (Mechanical /Production/Automobile) &/or Diploma (Mechanical/Production/Automobile)

General Requirements

1. Experience in various stages of New Product Introduction
2. Techno-commercial skill
3. Knowledge of assembly line processes, equipment, facilities, tooling.
4. Knowledge of SAP 4.7, Team Centre, Auto CAD
