Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Lead and strategically design immersive event experiences that resonate strongly with Mahindra & Mahindra's brand ethos, tailoring concepts to diverse audience segments for maximal engagement and impact.
  • Drive the effective sourcing and management of participants and customers, establishing clear communication channels with prospects to optimise event turnout and enhance conversion rates.
  • Collaborate cohesively with the CRM and digital marketing teams to monitor digital assets, leveraging data-driven insights to nurture leads and sustain customer engagement post-event.
  • Develop, oversee, and maintain a comprehensive drive calendar that aligns with marketing objectives and event schedules; prepare detailed briefs to enhance website content, ensuring events are prominently and attractively showcased.
  • Manage all aspects of vendor relations — from negotiation and contract finalisation to ongoing coordination — ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services that contribute to seamless and memorable event execution.
  • Implement robust stakeholder management practices, facilitating effective communication and alignment between internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to support collaborative event success.
  • Oversee asset management encompassing fleet operations and the distribution of branded merchandise, utilising these assets to maximise brand visibility and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Take charge of on-ground operations for flagship Mahindra Adventure events, ensuring meticulous execution, adherence to safety protocols, and delivery of unparalleled guest experiences.

We seek candidates passionate about automotive heritage and adventurous lifestyles, translating their enthusiasm into creative and engaging event narratives.

Excellence in operational leadership, vendor relationship management, and project coordination is essential to drive events from conceptualisation through to successful delivery.

An advanced understanding of digital content production combined with performance marketing acumen is necessary to maximise event exposure and participant engagement.

The role demands adept multitasking of multiple event initiatives throughout the calendar year, employing methodical project management techniques to adhere to timelines and stakeholder expectations.

Experience

We are looking for candidates with 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in event management, preferably within the automotive or adventure activity sectors.

Industry Preferred

Preferred industries include the automotive sector known for delivering experiential marketing campaigns.

Additionally, candidates with backgrounds in adventure sports, outdoor lifestyle brands, or agencies specialising in event management and digital marketing within these sectors are highly desirable.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) / An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
