Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies for sustainable value chain management and material circularity.
• Identify and leverage opportunities for increasing recycled content, and enhancing resource efficiency.
• Promote and implement sustainable practices within the supply chain, including sourcing, production, transportation, and disposal.
• Conduct life cycle assessments/PCF to evaluate environmental impacts and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives and foster partnerships for circular economy projects.
• Communicate sustainability goals and progress to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability and circularity.
Key Deliverables:
• Comprehensive sustainability plans outlining short-term and long-term goals in line with Mahindra’s planet positive framework
• Regularly updated reports on sustainability KPIs including for annual sustainability reports , national & global ESG disclosures highlighting major achievements and areas for growth.
• Up-to-date records of compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Documentation supporting sustainability certifications and audits.
• Engaging presentations and communication materials for stakeholders, including senior management , investors , cross functional teams

Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree in engineering, sustainability, environmental science, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
