Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Delivering business analytics and technical support to the Plant Head, which would include preparation and analysis of different MIS / Reports etc.Maintain a robust reporting mechanism and system for various business reports.Analyzing various reports from internal and external stakeholders to present a snapshot and provide strategic inputs to the Plant Head.Proactive data analysis and forecasting implications of key indices on plant performance and provide inputs to develop plans to counter the key challenges and risks.Work closely with department heads and prepare annual plans, short term and long-term business strategy documents etc.Spearheading various initiatives across the plant.Plan, prepare, track and monitor various Business policies/ X matrix/ Plant level Initiatives.Establish, build and maintain effective working relationship with HOD, internal and external stakeholders etc.Generation of Informatory Reports for decision making and coordinate senior management presentations.Prepare relevant Presentations /Executive Summaries for various reviews, meetings, awards etc.Participate in budgeting activities
