Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsible for preparing cost optimisation and design improvement proposals with use of Value Methodology 
- Ability to convert engineering problem into hand calculations, free body diagrams, generic equations
- Preparation of detailed drawings in 2D & 3D format for Hydraulics and structural components through UG NX & Creo
- Work experience with Hydraulic components and selection such as Control Valves, Pumps, cylinder, valves, filter and piping etc., 
- Study of benchmark and competition products for new scope of products
- Responsible for monitoring Design Verification Plan (DVP) for on-going projects
- Knowledge of DFMEA, DFS, DFA
- Responsible for co-ordinating with various plant teams and test sites for build, FTR, PPAP and implementation support
- Knowledge in various materials and manufacturing process
- Hydraulic circuit reading preferable
- Knowledge on Tractor Hydraulics is preferable
- Knowledge of Value Methodology is preferable
- Collaborative mindset with other functions
