15+ years of overall experience in digital transformation and technology implementation

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the digital strategy for the Auto Digital Centre, aligning it with the Auto’s overall business objectives.
  • Drive innovation across all IT domains, ensuring the adoption of best practices and cutting-edge technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital initiatives that will enhance customer and dealer experiences, optimize manufacturing processes, and streamline supply chain and product development operations.

Team Leadership & Development: 

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of 100+ IT professionals across various disciplines.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, and innovation within the ADC team.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure the organization has the necessary skills and capabilities to meet future challenges.

System & Process Management: 

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of tech systems in the Customer and Dealer Experience, Manufacturing, Supply Chain management, and Product development domains.
  • Ensure that all systems are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage the integration of new technologies and systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day business operations. This is essential as we scale up capacity.

Budget & Vendor Management: 

  • Develop and manage the ADC’s annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints.
  • Work with vendors and service providers to secure favourable terms and maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Industry Preferred

Automotive experience preferred

Qualifications

15+ years of overall experience in digital transformation and technology implementation.

General Requirements

Stakeholder Engagement: 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all digital initiatives within the company, engaging with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners.
  • Communicate the value and impact of digital transformation efforts to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support across the organization.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and other external engagements, showcasing the organization’s digital capabilities and achievements.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: 
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the company’s digital assets and data. ‎
