Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Assessment of Financial Gaps Actively monitor the company’s financial performance and recommend actions Devise profitability measures & develop cash management tools Cost and benefit analysis of options Ensuring compliance with required guidelines, policies, and procedures as well as agreed contracts & reporting requirements up to financing effectiveness Bridge gaps between current and ideal business operating model and ways of working Assess operating drivers to identify potential improvement opportunitiesRedesign and suggest changes in systems & processes Support the business in implementation of change Monitor improvement initiatives

Experience

15 to 18 years of relevant experience; Experience required in Business turnaround, partnerships & alliances, EBITDA improvement, ways of working, structuring etc

Industry Preferred

Private Equity Firms: Blackstone, KKR & Co., CVC Capital Partners, TPG Capital, Apollo Global Mgmt

Venture Capital Firms: Sequoia Capital, Founders Fund, Kleiner Perkins, Accel etc.

Qualifications

§BE and MBA (Premium Business Schools)

§CA or CFA (added advantage)
