Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1) Market Research: Comprehensive understanding of market needs and customer insights.
2) Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement long-term product strategies.
3) Product Lifecycle Management: Expertise in managing products from conception to retirement.
4) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively working with various departments such as R&D, marketing, and sales.
5) Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis to guide product planning and decision-making.
6) Innovation Mindset: Continuously seeking opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Experience
13 to15 years
Extensive experience in product planning, management, and strategy, preferably on a global scale.
Industry Preferred
OEM
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
General Requirements
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
