Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Team Lead – Social and Digital Strategy
Responsibilities:
Impact Campaigns and Launches:
• Lead the communications strategy and execution for campaigns that position Mahindra as a modern, authentic brand
• Track Brand Track metrics and plan data-led actions for the Mahindra master brand
• Brief and guide agency partners on communication strategy and campaign execution
• Works with brand managers to support them on launch communication
Overall Social Strategy:
• Develop social media strategies to drive visibility and engagement during key launches
• Oversee content planning, creation, and distribution across platforms throughout the year
• Analyse metrics to optimise performance and continuously improve campaigns
• Run content-led campaigns that align with seasonal themes or consumer moments
Content Production Oversight:
• Lead the in-house production team to deliver high-quality content for internal teams, brand pages, and hyperlocal platforms
• Build monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with overall campaign priorities
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual storytelling
• Manage timelines, prioritise requests, and coordinate across teams for seamless delivery
• Oversee scripting, storyboarding, editing, and final approvals for all produced content
• Track output quality, cost-efficiency, and turnaround to drive improvements
• Collaborate with external vendors for select production needs when required
Digital Transformation | Website – UI + UX:
• Lead website UI/UX enhancements to drive engagement and improve conversion
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design improvements
• Work closely with developers/designers to implement site optimisations
• Identify and apply CDP use cases to improve web performance
• Identify and apply personalization use cases to enhance customer experience
• Work with brand managers on launch requirements during product launches
Overall SEO Strategy:
• Develop SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings
• Leverage analytics tools to assess impact of SEO actions and improve web visibility
• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link-building
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy to achieve business objectives
ORM – Roadmap:
• Design and execute a roadmap for proactive online reputation management
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans to protect brand image
• Work with customer service and PR to manage feedback and online reviews
Service Brand Strategy:
• Build and implement service brand strategies in line with company goals
• Identify areas for differentiation and market positioning
• Ensure brand consistency across all service-related digital and physical touchpoints

8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing - agency or client side experience
