Lead - Strategy FEB

Job Purpose 

The purpose of this role is to create and execute strategies for company growth. This includes analyzing markets, collaborating with teams, leading initiatives, monitoring progress, and communicating effectively. 

Key Responsibilities

1) Strategic Planning: Formulating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives that drive long-term growth and competitive advantage for Farm & allied businesses.

2) Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate complex data and trends to inform strategic decisions.

3) Project Management: Capable of overseeing projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.

4)Trend Analysis: Skilled at identifying and interpreting trends relevant to strategic planning.

5) Communication Skills: Effectively convey ideas and strategies to stakeholders at various levels.

6) Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industry dynamics and competitor landscape.

7) Problem-Solving: Expertise in addressing and resolving strategic challenges.

Experience

Experience - 12 to14 years (preferred consulting / automotive and agri background)

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech (any domain, MBA (preferred)
• Experience in executing strategy projects,  product development, sales/service projects or worked in PD, Sales/service functions

General Requirements

Strong advanced analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data

• Proven experience across core business functions (strategy, operations, sales, service, product, or equivalent)

• Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading initiatives or workstreams.

• Hands-on experience with general analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar)

• Experience running end-to-end projects, including working with and influencing cross functional teams

• Background in a manufacturing organization (automotive, agri, industrial preferred) — added advantage
