Manager, PMO - Strategic Cost Optimization

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Establish and maintain a robust PMO framework to ensure effective project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the procurement and transformation lifecycle.
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track project progress, monitor key metrics, and provide insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations, to ensure alignment of procurement and transformation initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Develop and execute procurement strategies for indirect categories, including but not limited to, IT, HR, Marketing, Facilities, Logistics etc., in alignment with company objectives and stakeholder requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams in implementing cost optimization projects, leveraging data-driven insights and process improvements to achieve savings targets.
Drive operational transformations by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices to enhance overall performance.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage in procurement and operations.

Education Qualification
Masters's degree from top Business schools in Business Administration.
General Experience
Critical Experience
Expertise in program management, with strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Advanced proficiency in dashboarding tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., Advance Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to develop and maintain performance metrics and executive-level reporting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for closure and a passion for driving transformational change in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management principles.
