Manager (MIS, Audit & Compliance) - F&A (MEAL)

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Business Plan projections and budgeting:
 - Drive the business plan of the company & present to the Management & Board
 - Budgeting top down and bottom up and stretch wherever there is opportunity 
 - Prepare business plan for any investment in capex, for valuation of company, etc.

Financial reporting:
 - Preparation & finalization of quarterly and annual Ind AS financial statements
 - Supervise the Statutory audit, review and analyse results and recommended for approval of the audited financial statements
 - Monthly & Quarterly preparation & review of financials (MIS), comparing with budget & outlook. Analysing the variances & actions to be taken 
 - Prepare structured reporting for Group consolidation & various business users
 - Preparation of Audit Committee & Board meeting presentations and other management reports

Operational deliverables and control:
 - Strengthen the internal control system & process by implementing new systems & processes & enhancing the exiting processes
 - Ensuring accuracy of accounting in terms of Ind AS
 - Overall cost control within budget / cost optimization / operations expenses control

Experience

CA with 3 years of experience

Industry Preferred
