Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Develop the Program timing chart and tracking the progress against the plan control Project time plan to ensure on time project execution.
2) Prepare, monitor and review Project Scope
3) Risk Assessment/Mitigation of each deliverable. Facilitate implementation and monitoring of implementation plans
4) Project review meeting with CFT team, track review proceedings, resolution of project issues.
5) Deploy Project Management processes, methods and tools to enhance effectiveness
6) Generate, Review Monitor review reports including Project Charter dashboards
7) Highlights critical bottlenecks/decision points across projects
8) keeping track with latest Industry standards/ techniques in the area of Program management

Experience

10 to 12 yrs. Preferably certified or has experience of managing Programs/Projects.

Industry Preferred

B.Tech/BE + MBA (preferred)
