Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Design overall KPI dashboard( power Bi/Tablue,etc..)- define key metrics for initiatives & periodic monitoring
Collaborate in S&OP- for constraint supply management
Inventory optimisation /action planning for improvement including disposal/scrappage decisions
Drive fillrate improvement streams through waterfall analysis
Drive planning improvemnts through demand/supply analysis
Driving O2D improvements through network/logistics analysis

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/MBA, or equivalent experience

5-8 years of relevant experience

General Experience

Preferred industry : Automobile / FMCG / Lubes / Batteries / Auto Ancililiary 

Critical Experience

Previous working experience as business analyst/manager
Knowledge of planning /forecasting/network management
Highly analytical and creative
Excellent presentation skills
Hands-on experience with different databases and complex IT systems and visualisation tools
In-depth knowledge of different research and data analysis procedures and methods
Strong understanding of business, commercial acumen across landscape
Experienced with enterprise reporting systems, with SAP experience strongly preferred
