Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Work closely with Digital head to develop annual and campaign digital marketing strategy aligned to marketing objectives by studying market insights, competition data and identifying future trends
- Work closely with brand teams, ADC & agencies to ensure readiness & exection of media plan ( paid owned earned), social & content strategy, sitecore based website, Lead flow & LMS, remarketing using martech tools, Analytics and reporting tools, SEO, ORM etc.
- Work closely with Digital head to identify new and best technology, practices and initatives marketing team across the digital space - creative, media, data & tech
- Manage end to-end influencer marketing strategy from creator discovery and partnerships to campaign execution, performance tracking, and ROI optimization.
- Measure and report performance of overall and key digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs) - weekly, monthly, quarterly
- Manage budget efficiency and planning, operations & timelines for all key digital projects

General Experience
4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing - agency or client side experience preferably in BFSI/Automobile/Dot com/ Technology
Critical Experience
6-7 years of experience in all aspects of digital marketing with an ability to judge campaign ideas and self drive campaigns executions on tight timelines A working knowledge of all frontend and backend involving media plan ( paid owned earned), social and content strategy, sitecore based website, Lead flow and LMS, remarketing using martech tools, Analytics and reporting tools, SEO, ORM
