Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Devising strategies for Channel Reengineering to build sustainable dealership models. Enhance dealership viability and profitability through frugal set-ups, low cost CI and appropriate location representation. Strategising a system to monitor dealer performance, measure dealer satisfaction levels that can guide corrective course of action and serve as a reporting mechanism for dealer management. Developing alternative channel options strategy for Personal Channel. Develop sustainable partnerships with dealers by envisioning and deploying robust systems and processes and assessing impact of dealer selection methods for effective engagement and retention of channel partners to achieve alignment with the Mahindra objectives. Create contemporary and futuristic dealership designs to enhance Mahindra brand image. Ensure amicable closure of dealerships, so as to minimise legal cases. Support legal team for any dealer related legal issues
