Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Coordinating with various teams for preparation of Projected Cashflow on 1st of Every Month  & Final cash fow at month end , 
Sharing Timely Projection to the Sector Accounts on Monthly , Weekly and T plus 2 Basis
Ensure Zero default in duty payment + maximum coverage of Duty under Deferred.
IDPMS Tracking & Closure
Ascertaining daily requirements ,Allocation Of Funds in respective Banks on Daily basis .Post execution of proposal , Monitoring and Ensuring daily Payment /Fund utilization as per Allocations .
Monitoring and Ensuring timely payment to Imports Payment with LC without any Defaults Working on Cost 
Analysis of  LC/ Bank Charges and taking up with the business team 
Ensuring end to end : Accounting ,Audit, MIS ,Compliance .
Interacting with team and ensuring adherence to the policy , process and internal Controls.
Monitoring and ensuring - TAT time in all processes and closer.
Timely closure of all compliances, ICFR,  Management Testing, CMS Audit.
Exploring new areas for automation
Co ordination with outsourced team members and monitoring their Deliverables 
Ensuring adherence to SOP , Exceptional reporting and Test Checks in processes
