Focus companies – financing analysis: International subsidiaries

Supporting local Finance Team in specific 2-3 countries
Local tax books, Statutory Accounts and IndAS accounting
MIS reporting and commentary on monthly/quarterly performance of International subsidiaries
Financial Benchmarking with peers for international markets

Deriving insights on improving financial performance

Actuals, Budgets, Operating Plan
P&L, Cash flow and Balance Sheet Analysis, Costing and Pricing
Detailed analysis of taxation – VAT basis local business regulations and driving actions for optimization.
Customer and part wise gross & net margin analysis, model wise margin analysis

Business Support

Provide business support for preparing estimates for senior management reviews
Cash Flow & Treasury Opportunities
Business Cases & Scenario workings
Process Improvements
Valuations, CSI Proposals and M&A Support:

Compliance & Governance

Group Companies Compliance in Scoped Entities basis local regulations & M&M requirement

Self validation checklist - Reviews of Group Companies

C.A/I.C.W.A.I / CMA

General Requirements

Basic understanding of principles of Hyperinflation working & estimates for Turkey
Ability to work with multiple geographies and cultures
