Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Finance & Accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
- Analyze financial and operational performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support month-end closing, variance analysis, and profitability reporting.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Qlik sense
- Create automated MIS and KPI reports for senior management.
- Integrate data from ERP systems and various business applications to provide comprehensive analytics.
- Develop self-service reporting solutions for business users.
Digital Transformation & AI
- Leverage AI tools to improve reporting, forecasting, and business analysis.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within Finance and Accounting functions.
- Drive implementation of digital solutions to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
System & Process Improvement
- Work closely with Finance and IT teams to gather business requirements and develop reporting solutions.
- Improve existing reporting frameworks and data governance practices.
- Support ERP reporting enhancements and finance automation projects.

CA / MBA Finance with relevant experience

Technical Skills
- Microsoft Power BI (Dashboard Development & Data Visualization)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
- Data Analytics and Business Reporting
- Advanced Accounting and Financial Reporting Knowledge
