Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Responsibilities:
- Build, improve and deploy effective recruitment process across all businesses to ensure alignment of quality of hire, organization's EVP philosophy, best global hiring practises by stakeholder engagement that includes RPO Partners, Campus Hiring, IJPs and Sourcing Agencies
- Manage end to end RPO Process and Leadership hiring across AFS. This includes and is not limited to ensuring the right Quality of Hire, Contract Management, Process Efficiency Metrics, TAT, Cost Per Hire and Scales Monitoring, Back-up plans/Risk Management Plans, IT Platforms, source mix, IJPs, Process and Quality audits and Training of Recruiters
- Develop and implement a robust mechanism to measure Quality of Hire and leverage the use of analytics to measure effectiveness of the recruitment process
- Ensure capability building of the MPeople Team to ensure screening of good resumes
- Benchmark RPO practices with those of SIAM companies
- Drive end to end e-Recruitment process and liaise with relevant stakeholders for smooth execution and adoption of the same
- Define and design tools and methods for selection of right candidates
- Take regular feedback on periodic basis from the businesses on the Recruitment process and make necessary changes/modifications
- Drive the campus hiring program (GET / PGET/ GAT) and build strong employer brand in the campus through various initiatives
- Process owner for third party recruitments including identifying vendors & standardizing terms and conditions
- Manage various external partners and monitor their performance and build a strong working relationship with them
- Ensure accurate data management on the system and generation of e-Personal Files of every employee
- Define Resource Week process/templates and take responsibility of overall AFS level manpower data
- Ensure proper adherence to the actiity of Position Creation/Delimition from the system and serve as a support to Sr. COE Partner - HRSS/RPO for driving projects related to the domain
Experience
7 - 10 Years in HR (specifically to recruitment is preferred)
Industry Preferred
Large OEM and Manufacturing Companies
Qualifications
Bachelors degree from accredited university
Advanced post-graduate degree (MBA or Masters in HRM preferred)
